“Savage” is a very seaworthy Long Range Trawler designed by Naval Architect Steve Seaton and built by Sutton in 1969. She received a complete re-manufacture in 1991 at the famous Treworgy Yard and has since been continually updated by her knowledgeable owners.
She is a classic raised pilot house design with a yacht finished interior throughout. She has a large comfortable aft salon, a very well appointed galley with a pass-through counter to the salon. Her large engine room is off the lower companion way to starboard with a Detroit 671 naturally aspirated diesel engine, a generator, work bench, washer/dryer, water maker, and other mechanical systems are located all with easy access. A master stateroom with a walk around queen berth and en-suite head & shower is located moving forward. Further forward is the guest stateroom with twin bunks and en-suite head and shower. A raised pilot house helm with captains berth. She has wide walk around side decks with stairs to a high Bow. Her upper deck is accessed by aft stairs and has plenty of room for chairs and table, has space to keep a tender on deck, and has a forward flybridge helm station.
