This beautiful Hood design was built to a high standard by the fine craftsmen at Bristol Yachts to be a capable and comfortable blue water performer. With her solid fiberglass construction, skeg-hung rudder, centerboard keel, and luxurious two-cabin/two-head layout, the 47.7 has earned a reputation for seaworthiness and cruising comfort. She is easily handled by two people thanks to her electric primary winches and electric roller furling mainsail with lines led aft to the cockpit. The interior is finely finished in varnished cherry and the spacious master stateroom features the desired island queen berth with abundant storage and an ensuite head & shower. Legacy is ICW friendly with a mast height of 62′ 6″ and board-up draft of 5′.
